What happens when you open the page

On request, the hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, collects technically necessary access data: the address requested, the time, the volume transferred, the referring page, browser and operating-system identifiers and the IP address.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically sound and secure operation of the site. We keep no access logs of our own: the data arises at the hosting provider, we have no access to it, and it is deleted according to the retention periods of that provider.

Cloudflare operates a global server network, so this access data may also be processed outside the European Union. The basis for this is the set of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission; Cloudflare, Inc. is additionally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

No cookies, no tracking, no third parties

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts, images and the background video are served from this domain, not from a third-party content delivery network. No analytics or advertising technology is embedded.

Booking an appointment and getting in touch

The buttons on this site lead to an appointment booking hosted by Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. It is a link, not an embed: as long as you stay here, nothing is loaded from there and no data is sent there.

Only once you follow that link and book a slot does Cal.com process what you enter there — typically your name, email address and the time you chose. The Cal.com privacy notice at https://cal.com/privacy then applies. We receive those details in order to keep the appointment; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Cal.com is based in the United States. For transfers out of the EEA the company states that it relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and it names a representative in the EU under Art. 27 GDPR.

You are welcome to write to us instead. We process an email solely to answer your enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, and delete it once the matter is closed and no retention obligations apply.
